I am 65 female good health not over weight! I exercise at least 5 days a week walking 45 minutes on those days. Lately I am getting pain in my legs and hips after I sit for a while. what is going on? Once I get moving the pain strarts to let up, What can I do?

I'm a 52 jr old female. I'm healthy and an active person. Why is it lately that my legs are so stiff even if I sit for just a little while and get up I then walk like a very old lady for a while before my legs get better and straighten out. The same hapen after driving and I get out of my car, my legs are so stiff, I struggle to get out of my car and look like a old lady trying to get out. I don't understand this. I'm not over weight either. What can this be? This is really scary.
